GMG Community School District

GMG is a small school with a big family feel.  With an elementary school located in Marshall County and a secondary school in Tama County, GMG serves about 500 students PK-12.  With an emphasis of helping students become lifelong learners, GMG achieves this goal with small class sizes and low teacher-student ratios.  This ensures all students get the academic support they need and individual attention.

With a rich history of community and parental support, GMG provides a safe environment for student learning and opportunities for student achievement in fine arts, athletics and various clubs.  GMG is also committed to preparing students with 21st century skills, as evidenced by its 1:1 computer initiative.

GMG remains a small school, with its roots embedded in traditional values of hard work, honesty, and caring.
